Family Support Hubs
Our Family Support Hubs across the East Midlands provide a regular meeting point for families affected by autism, where our families can access activities for children 11 years and under, as well as gain support and specialist information and advice.
Due to the current virus situation, these hubs have been temporarily suspended, but we are able to offer support to families and an opportunity to connect with Family Support Hub staff over Zoom over the upcoming weeks. All families can access our Support Hubs via Zoom every Monday and Wednesday 7-9pm as well Friday 12-2pm.
We’ll be online for 2 hours at a time! So why not make a cuppa and log on for 10 minutes and have a chat? Families aren’t required to stay for the whole 2 hours, you can come and go as you please. If you have a particular subject you’d like to talk about, let us know prior to the scheduled session and we can do themed Zoomed sessions.
For more information or if you would like to book onto one of our Family Support Hub Zoom sessions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Parent Programme is a publication issued on a termly basis, containing information of support events aimed at parents and carers of children and young people who are on the autism spectrum.
Our Spring Parent Programme has currently been pulled from the website due to all events, workshops and activities listed being cancelled. Please follow our social media pages to keep up to date with the latest developments affecting this service. Just search “Autism East Midlands” on Facebook or Twitter.
