Our Community Support service offers support for our service users out-and-about in their local communities, including a wide range of structured activities based on individual needs and interests.
Our community support offers our service users the chance to engage with their local community while working on their own achievable goals and outcomes.
Community based activities vary based on personal requirements but can typically include:
- Arts & Crafts in your own home
- Bowling
- Farm Visits
- Gym sessions
- Museum visits
- Shopping
- Swimming
- Visiting cafes and restaurants
- Volunteering buddy
- Walking
Our Community Support also offers the opportunity for the people we support to develop independence and valuable skills, such as:
- Computer skills in your own home
- Cooking, baking and life skills
- Independent living skills
- Travel training
