So, it certainly wasn’t the start to 2021 that any of us had hoped for- we really do hope that you and your loved ones are doing okay during these times.

Now, more than ever, we need to prioritise our mental and physical health by staying active and supporting each other…even if it is from a distance. If you have been thinking of doing a physical challenge this year, but haven’t yet made a decision, or not sure where to start, then this invitation could be for you.

You are personally invited to:

#TeamAEM Challenge Event Online Information Evening

Weds 27th January

8pm – 8.30pm

In this short online presentation, we will talk you through the places we have available, how to join #TeamAEM and the benefits.

2021 Challenge Events:

  • London Marathon
  • Great North Run
  • Robin Hood Half and Mini Run
  • The Peak District Challenge (which AEM is a Charity Partner)

There will be an opportunity to hear from previous year’s participants and ask questions (if you wish) directly to the fundraising team. Or you can just dial in to listen!

The organisers of these events remain confident that they will go ahead despite the current situation (all these events are planned for Summer and Autumn). These events remain key to our fundraising and therefore vital to ensuring we can continue to be there for autistic people in the East Midlands.

If you want to take a look now at the events on offer, the details of these events can be found here.

If you would like to take part in one of the events, find out more, or attend the Online Information Evening, please email: fundraising@aem.co.uk

We really look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you into #TeamAEM.
