Susan Wheatcroft from Wollaton, Nottingham is the creator of Virtual Runner. Susan had been running for 4 years when the idea for this venture came from her frustration of not being able to find a race in January close to home which worked around her busy work and home life – so she took to organising virtual races with money going to charity.
Autism East Midlands would like to take this opportunity to thank Susan and all of the Virtual Runner participants in the Bricktastic October Medal Challenge for supporting us and wish them well in completing their distances!
