The team add why they have chosen to fundraise for Autism East Midlands…
Shayne & Adele’s son, Oliver, was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3 which came a massive shock. The family had no idea at the time what autism was, or what to expect next – that’s where Autism East Midlands came into their own. They supported Shayne and Adele like they do many other families, to help understand what the syndrome is.
They continued,
Autism brings a lot of challenges with simple everyday activities. Episodes can be triggered by the simplest of things such as a noise, smell or even a touch. Autism East Midlands is a charity that helps families and individuals best cope with this circumstances and help the children like Oliver. Please spare what you can to support our challenge and this charity. Oliver is a lovely little boy with a very big heart. He deserves the best opportunities and support like any other child. All donations are very much appreciated!!
The team have set a fundraising target of £500. If you’d like to support them, you can donate here: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/brothers17
