Autism East Midlands Sutherland House School had an Ofsted inspection just before the half term in October to complete a full section 5 inspection of the school.
This was a two day inspection to look at all aspects of the school and see if progress had been made since the last Ofsted inspection 2 years ago. We are very proud to announce that Ofsted concluded that considerable progress has been made and that the school is now achieving ‘Good’ in all areas, which is a brilliant achievement in such a short period of time.
Headteacher, Mr Adrian Sugden, commented,
I want take this opportunity to thank all our parents and carers. Sutherland House School is an amazing place to work with fantastic children but what makes it even more amazing is the support and trust we get from our families. This isn’t just about the children’s, staff and school’s success, this about our entire community.
