Hill Top Enjoy a Spooktacular Day of Pumpkin Picking!

Autumn was in full swing at Hill Top last week as they went out pumpkin picking!
The trip was filled with fresh air as everyone explored the pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pick.
The outing was more than just a fun day out, it was a chance for our service users to connect with:
- Nature
- Enjoy sensory experiences
- Build memories together

Staff supported individuals in choosing their pumpkins, with some opting for the biggest ones they could find, while others carefully selected smaller, uniquely shaped ones.

These kinds of outings are a vital part of our commitment to providing enriching, inclusive experiences for autistic individuals. They offer opportunities for social interaction, sensory exploration, and most importantly fun!
We’re so proud of everyone who took part and grateful to the staff who made the day so special.
Special thanks to the Barn at Morefruita Farm for opening especially for us on a weekday, when pumpkin picking normally ran on the weekends. We truly appreciated getting space for the people we support to take part at their leisure during the week.
