Service users at the Sherwood Centre recently enjoyed a lively and uplifting dance session organised by Mirium.
Mirium is a familiar and much-loved person, who has worked at the centre before.
There is a small group, who now proudly call themselves 'The Sherwood Squad''

One of the most heart-warming moments of the day came from Alice, a service user who is known for preferring quiet time alone, Alice took a big step by joining in with the dance session. Her smile throughout the activity was a powerful symbol of personal growth and comfort within the group setting.
With more events on the horizon, including pumpkin picking and a Halloween party, the Sherwood Centre continues to offer meaningful experiences that builds confidence.
