Ducks! 🦆
Marc from our Dukeries day service had a fantastic time last week at Vicars Country Park in Mansfield after bowling.
He had a lovely picnic lunch, visited the pet shop, then took a walk around to feed the local ducks - eating right out his hand!
Country walks and outdoor trails are often some of the best activities for the people we support to get some exercise, enjoy the fresh air and get to know their local communities.

Last week, our service users at the Sherwood Centre decided that they wanted a water fight - so we planned it for them!
Inflatable pools, water guns, glorious sun. Staff reported lots of laughter and giggles, some staff could even hear it from the offices!

We’re excited to share the news that our new day service, based in a refurbished former fire station in Worksop, is opening soon!
Work is currently underway in creating a positive transition for our service users to help them navigate this big change.
We’ve had wonderful response from the local community and we want to thank everyone that has supported the project.
