Race is on to take part in 2022 London Marathon

Autism East Midlands has a small number of free places to join this October’s London Marathon and would love to hear from anyone who wants to join the AEM team and raise funds for the charity.

Some late places have become available this week to take part and join the official AEM team at the iconic marathon on Sunday 2nd October.

If you’d like to take part, please email marketing@aem.org.uk at Autism East Midlands for more details. A short application form will be sent to you to complete and you’ll be asked to outline your fundraising plans and reasons for wanting to take part. Places will be offered to the strongest applications.

The marathon covers 26.2 miles, which takes in some of London’s most famous buildings including Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Canary Wharf and Buckingham Palace.

There’s no registration fee but you will be asked to raise a minimum of £1,800 in sponsorship.
