Trainer / Assessor
Autism East Midlands are seeking to recruit a Lived Experience Trainer to maintain and enhance our training offer, bringing the reality of personal experience of living with autism to support the delivery and development of our programs.
We are looking for a confident, experienced trainer who can operate effectively in a high performing team within our base principles of support, respect, inclusion and feeling valued, working across different platforms from public speaking, virtual learning and engaging with staff and participants at all levels.
Whilst primarily office based just outside Worksop, Autism East Midlands offers training throughout the region in our services and for external companies or employers.
Assessor skills would be an advantage with delivery of Diploma training and assessment for our staff development. Our staff are continually encouraged to develop and we are looking for someone to support them through the process.
Whilst primarily an office-based role at our Head Office in Creswell, Worksop, you will be delivering training throughout the East Midlands region and should have the ability to travel.
