Support Worker – Children’s Flexible Support Services Nottingham

Autism East Midlands are looking for passionate Support Workers to join our Children’s Flexible Support Services.

We take pride in giving our young people every opportunity to access the wider community, through offering support visiting local amenities, or traveling further a field on a residential trip. We offer 1-1 befriending, day trips and regular youth clubs.

Autism East Midlands work hard to support the children and young people to gain independence, build friendships and relationships with peers. We offer this through our enthusiastic, motivated staff that have a drive and passion to support our children and young people.

Everything we do is to enhance the quality of life of the young people who access our service, this couldn’t be possible without the dedicated work of our support workers.

We have opportunities available in each of the following areas across the East Midlands area including: Worksop, Retford, Newark, Mansfield and Nottinghamshire.

Hours: We have both full time and part time position available.
Salary: £15,883 pro rata

Due to the nature of the work and requirement for lone working applicants should be over 18.

Applicants will be considered for those below the age of 18, but the roles will be restricted to supporting Youth Clubs and Day Trips.
Previous experience is desirable but training will be provided.
