Autism East Midlands are looking for a Senior Maintenance person to be responsible to the Estates & Compliance Manager. Further details can be found in the job description/job specification in the link below.
Full Time – 37 hours per week
Salary – £20,915 to £21,598 per annum
The Maintenance Person will be required to carry out general building maintenance and repair works throughout Autism East Midlands properties, ensuring a high standard of upkeep and safety.
You will need a proven ability to liaise professionally and have previous experience of and the ability to allocate work to the Maintenance Team in the absence of the Estates & Compliance Manager.
It is an essential requirement that you possess a working knowledge of the following: advanced joinery, basic electrical maintenance, building, plumbing and decorating.
Due to the various locations a company vehicle is provided for use whilst carrying out your duties.
