A vacancy has arisen for a Residential Support Worker, Level II based within our residential home for adults with autism in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Although this will be your base unit, there will be times when you are required to work in other areas of service.
The successful applicant should posses a relevant qualification, e.g. NVQ Level II Health & Social Care, Level II Diploma in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, etc. Further details can be found on the job description attached.
Applicants will have experience in the caring profession, preferably with autism or learning disabilities, a sense of responsibility, leadership experience, self discipline and a genuine caring attitude. Household or domestic skills would be advantageous.
A full driving licence and full comprehensive business insurance cover is essential for this role.
The successful applicant will be required to work shifts, some weekends and sleep-in by rota (sleep in allowance £32.52 per sleep in worked).
