Support Worker – Worksop, Notts

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Autism East Midlands have the following ‘entry level’ care worker position available within our residential care home for adults with autism in Worksop, Notts.

Part time: 18.5 hours

Salary:  £8,177 Part Time

Applications are welcomed from people who are genuinely interested in setting out in a career which entails working with people with Autism/learning disabilities.

Experience of working in the care sector is preferred, however, experience is not a requirement for these roles as all successful applicants will be given a full and comprehensive training programme to support their continued professional development. All applicants are, however, expected to have an extremely caring attitude, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and self discipline.

Shifts, weekends and sleep-in by rota (sleep in allowance £35.77 per sleep in worked) will be required. A full driving licence is preferable but not essential.
