We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Lead with significant experience to work alongside our Senior Leadership Team at Autism East Midland to help develop and grow one of the largest registered autism specific charities in the region, with over 450 dispersed staff across our Services.
The role is fast paced, ever changing and a challenge. You will work at all levels of management, where you can have an impact on the organisation. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in recruitment to push forward and develop our recruitment strategy. Leading a small HR team, you will need excellent knowledge of employment law, a good employment relations background, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance & Compliance, this role is key to supporting the organisation, our staff and indirectly the individuals who we support.
Salary: circa £40,000
Holidays: 30 days plus bank holiday
Full Time: 37 hours
