We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join one of the largest registered autism specific chairties in the East Midlands. The role is fast paced and ever changing. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR professional to play a key role in providing a high quality generalist HR support service to our managers and employees.

Based at Worksop, and reporting to the HR Lead, the post holder will provide advice on disciplinary, grievance procedures and other employee relation matters to Managers and Senior Managers to help them resolve their cases. They will also assist in internal investigations. Providing help, support and guidance to members of the HR Team and filtering queries before escalating to Senior Management. You will be educated to Level 5 CIPD and have up to date understand and application of employment related legislation and HR practices. You should be highly organised, have excellent IT Skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage a complex and varied workload. Working under pressure in a fast paced environment should be second nature to you.
