Autism East Midlands are seeking a Graduate Corporate Fundraiser to join our small but ambitious Fundraising Team who have achieved significant growth over the past year since our 50th anniversary. The successful candidate will play a vital role in this success by helping us raise our profile and raise funds in support of our work with individuals, families, and professionals affected by autism.
You will have the chance to experience all areas of fundraising but your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with businesses across the East Midlands to secure philanthropic support. The role offers a significant opportunity to develop your skills and experience – we will provide you with all of the training and support you need to become an effective fundraiser, including recognised courses from the Institute of Fundraising and other providers.
You may be a recent graduate or possess some experience, which may have been gained in a fundraising, marketing or events management role, but more importantly you will be a strong communicator with the ability to inspire others and have the creativity and drive to put innovative ideas into practice. Most importantly of all you will have or be able to develop a genuine passion for our cause – raising awareness of autism and raising funds to improve the quality of life for autistic individuals.
