Autism East Midlands are looking for permanent Flexible Support Workers to work within our newly established respite and short breaks service in Ravenshead which is opening in March 2019. As this is a new service we are recruiting staff who will gain experience and knowledge in our South services (residential and day services in the Nottingham City area) and form part of the respite and short breaks team as the service grows.
Full Time – 37 hours per week, £15883 per annum
Part time – 18.5 hours per week, £7941 per annum
Applicants will ideally have experience in delivering / supporting life-skills activities. However, applications are welcomed from people who are genuinely interested in setting out in a career which entails working with people with autism/learning disabilities. Applicants are expected to have a caring attitude, sense of responsibility, flexibility and self discipline.
