Autism East Midlands are very proud to be able to offer applicants the opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst getting paid within the Health and Social Care sector. Our ‘entry level’ positions are based within our residential homes and day services for adults with Autism.
Applicants are welcomed from people who are genuinely interested in setting out in a career which entails working with people with Autism/learning disabilities.
The job opportunity is intentionally offered on a ‘Zero Hour Contract’ working as and when required and when you are available; allowing you to earn money and gain experience. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
All successful applicants will be given a full and comprehensive training programme to support their continued professional development within their roles.
Shifts, weekends and sleep-in by rota (sleep in allowance £32.52 per sleep in worked) may be required. A full driving licence is preferable but not essential.
