A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Manager who will support the Manager and have responsibility for the delivery of an adult service for adults with autism within a flexible day services and/or accommodation based services within the Mansfield area.
Initially based in Mansfield Woodhouse it is an essential requirement that you are willing to work flexibly and that you may be required to work in an alterative service based on the operational needs.
The successful applicant will deputise for the manager during their absence in the day to day running of the adult service. The successful applicant will be required to manage the staff team and contribute to the overall running of the service.
Experience of an adult day or accommodation based service and activities for young people and adults with autism and their families and a support network is desirable.
The successful applicant will be required to work days, weekends and evenings (sleep-in duties where necessary).
