On Thursday 21st March six students represented Sutherland House School at a Boccia tournament at Harvey Haddon Sports Village in Nottingham. The event was organised by Sport Active Nottingham and there were six games in total with the Sutherland House School team winning four and losing two. Students representing the School were placed into two teams with Sutherland House School able to field an A and a B team in the tournament. The results were as follows:

Game 1: Sutherland House School A 4 Bluecoat 0
Sutherland House School B 0 Fernwood A 8
Game 2: Sutherland House School A 3 Fernwood A 2
Sutherland House School B 4 Bluecoat 2
Game 3: Sutherland House School A 5 Beechdale 3
Sutherland House School B 2 Fernwood B 5

All of the students were a credit to themselves and Sutherland House School. It was a positive experience to meet and play against other schools. Each student left with a medal as an acknowledgment of their achievements and efforts.
