We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is able to focus their practitioner skills in a compact, core and cluster setting.
You will take on registration of our supported living service(s) in Northamptonshire and support us to grow our services in the county.
We’re specifically looking for someone who has a real passion for delivering the outcomes of a transforming care agenda and support those who have returned, or are returning to their county to establish themselves in their community.
What we really want is a dynamic leader to help us make an impact on the lives of autistic individuals who have returned and re settled into their ordinary residence in Northampton.

As the Registered Manager for this supported living setting you will have operational responsibility for the development and delivery of the service and be supported by a team of Team Leaders and Senior Autism Practitioners. You will draw on your experience and support us to settle those into their chosen communities and ensure that all of our bedspaces are occupied and supporting individuals to thrive.
