A vacancy has arisen for full time permanent Residential Support Workers, Level I based within our residential home for adults with autism in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Although this will be your base unit, there will be times when you are required to work in other areas of service.
Applications are welcomed from people who are genuinely interested in setting out in a career which entails working with people with Autism/learning disabilities and show a willingness to learn. Applicants are expected to have a caring attitude, sense of responsibility, flexibility and self discipline.
All successful applicants will be given a full and comprehensive training programme to support their continued professional development within their roles.
The successful applicant will be required to work shifts, some weekends and sleep-in by rota (sleep in allowance £32.52 per sleep in worked).
